Each customer will be requested to fill out an RMA Request Form in detail and send back to Comtronic Computer Inc. via Fax.
Comtronic will issue a RMA number after confirming the receipt of RMA Request Form from Customer. RMA number will not be issue if Customer fails to complete the RMA Request Form.
The warranty from Comtronic does not cover damage which occurs in transit, or results from alteration, accident, misuse or abuse. No physically damaged item will be accepted.
